Everguild Ltd. Privacy Policy

Everguild Ltd (“Everguild”, “we” or “us”) respects your rights and our obligations regarding your private information. We provide this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to help you understand how we collect, store, use, manage information collected through your use of Everguild’s websites, including http://www.drakenlords.com/, (the “Sites”) and/or the games and services provided by Everguild, including “Drakenlords: CCG Card Duels”, on the Android platform, on the iOS platform, and on other platforms that may be added over time (collectively, the “Service”).

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EVERGUILD. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ARE EXPRESSING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS POLICY.

Please note that this Policy applies only to information collected by Everguild through your use of the Service. Everguild is not responsible for the actions of any third party, including their use of information you provide to them. Any link to the site or service of a third party does not imply that Everguild is affiliate with or sponsors that third party.

Information Collection and Use

Everguild’s main purposes in collecting and using information from you is to create your Account, provide the Service to you, improve the Service, contact you, and enable you to connect with other users within the Service. Everguild collects information and uses it as described below.

Everguild’s Sites

When you browse Everguild’s Sites, we may automatically collect certain information, including without limitation your IP address, operating system, browser, language and referring URL address. We may use this information to monitor your use of the Sites and to improve the Service.

Mobile Platforms

When you use any Everguild game on a mobile platform, including Android and iOS platforms, we may collect and record certain information, including without limitation your device type, operating system version, Apple’s ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), country-level geographic location, and your in-game activity.

We use this information to understand trends in usage and improve the Service, and to help with tracking and correcting errors. We may also use the information about your in-game activity to make targeted recommendations and promotions from time to time.

Google Play Games Services, Game Center, Facebook and Twitter

Everguild may offer you the option to connect your Account in the Service to your account in Google Play Games Services, Apple’s Game Center, Facebook and/or Twitter (each of them a “Third Party SN Service”). Everguild may collect and record certain information from your profile and account in the Third Party SN Service, in accordance with the terms and policies of the Third Party SN Service. The information we collect in this manner may include your name as provided by the Third Party SN Service, your profile picture or its URL, your user identification number in the Third Party SN Service, the user identification number of your friends who are also connected to Everguild’s Service, your gender, and your birth date. Your nickname in Google Play Games Services or in Apple’s Game Center may be used as the profile name for your Account in Everguild’s Service, and be visible to other players. The remaining information may be used to analyze user trends and improve the Service, to connect you in the Service with your friends in the Third Party SN Service who are also using Everguild’s Service, and to offer you targeted recommendations and promotions from time to time.

We may offer you the opportunity to invite your friends in the Third Party SN Service to join Everguild’s Service, or to post content from Everguild’s Service into the Third Party SN Service. Your explicit permission will be requested every time before any information is posted or any invite is sent in the Third Party SN Service.

You may contact us at any time to request that we delete from our records all information relative to you obtained by us from Third Party SN Services, by contacting us at support@everguild.com

Personal information

We may collect your name and e-mail address when you provide it to us as part of the registration process to any part of the Service, or when you contact us directly to provide feedback, request support, or participate in a survey or contest. If you provide us with such information, we may use it to contact you about your experience and notify you about Everguild news and promotions.

You may contact us at any time to request that we delete from our records all information relative to you, by contacting us at support@everguild.com. If such information was required in order to access certain parts of the Service, your ability to access to those parts of the Service may be suspended.

Third-Party Service Providers

Everguild’s Service may contain certain software development kits (“SDKs”) from third party service providers, including but not limited to Playfab and Adjust. These third party service providers may provide services required by Everguild to provide its products and services, like back-end management, analytics, attribution and/or advertising for Everguild’s Service, and use the SDKs in Everguild’s Service to collect information about you in order to verify the number of installs and advertising performance. This information may include your UDID, IP address, geo-location and OS information.

Third-Party Marketplaces

We provide certain parts of the Service via third party marketplaces, such as Google Play and Apple’s App Store. By using the Service, these marketplaces may collect information about you. Everguild is not responsible for these marketplaces, and is not affiliated with or responsible for their actions. You should review these third parties’ terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate from Everguild’s.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

We will not disclose your personal information other than as approved by you or as follows:

With your consent. This may occur, for example, when you agree to allow Everguild to share your information with third parties for a specific purpose and subject to their privacy policies.

As permitted by or to comply with law or to protect Everguild’s rights. Everguild may release your personal information as permitted by law or if Everguild believes that doing so is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or exercise Everguild’s rights or to protect Everguild’s, Everguild’s users’ or other third parties’ property, rights or safety.

In aggregate and anonymous form. Everguild may disclose aggregate and anonymous information about you.

In connection with a corporate transaction. Everguild may share your personal information in connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate combination or financing.

Information about children under the age of 14

Under Everguild’s Terms of Service, children under the age of 14 are not allowed to register or use the Service. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 14. If you believe that we have collected any information about a child under the age of 14, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everguild.com. If we learn that we have involuntarily collected information about a child under the age of 14, we will delete that information as soon as possible.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

You may request us to change or delete any information relative to you by contacting us at support@everguild.com. If you request us to delete all of your information, your Account may become suspended and deleted. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions included in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your Account or our ongoing business relations.

International Transfer of Information

We may transfer any information that we collect about you to Everguild’s affiliates or to third parties that may be located outside of your country. Please note that you are transferring information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to England and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Policy.

Security

Everguild implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information and is committed to protect customer information. In spite of this, no Internet transmission is completely secure, and Everguild cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We strongly recommend that you take steps to keep your personal information secure, and that you notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized use of your Account.

Modifications to this Policy

We may modify this Policy from time to time. We will post all changes to this Policy on this page and the modified policy will specify its effective date. Any changes to the Policy will be effective when posted. Please check this page regularly, and read the information on any changes so that you remain aware of the information we collect and how we use it.
